Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with BarbaGlow. Because our service is a digital subscription with immediate access, we generally do not offer refunds for change of mind or unused subscription periods.
However, we will consider refunds in the following case: Technical issues - If you experience a significant technical problem that prevents you from using the core functionality of BarbaGlow, and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund of the affected billing period.
To request a refund, contact us at info@barbasolution.com within 14 days of the charge, describing the issue in detail. We may request additional information to verify the problem.
Refunds, when approved, are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record) back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: as our authorized reseller, Paddle may also handle refund requests directly and may grant refunds where required by applicable consumer protection law, independently of this policy.
To avoid future charges, remember to cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
